New Years Eve Wedding 2024

We were thrilled to be chosen to cater for a New Year's Eve wedding, which spanned several days and featured a large and complex menu. The highlight of the event was preparing Scottish lamb legs marinated with Greek spices and herbs for a Mediterranean-inspired main course.
