Garden BBQ Wedding

We were so lucky to be asked to cater for Hugo and Mascha’s big day… a lovely wedding buffet which was set against the beautiful backdrop of parkland leading down to the River Esk. We used locally sourced meat and cooked it on a BBQ, complementing it with Moroccan-style couscous and funky salads.

For dessert they chose a trio of puddings and we tailored these to Mascha’s German routes by creating Herencreme and Rote Grütze. Boozy and delicious!!
The event was a great success, with the sun shining and music playing throughout the evening.
