When I’m cooking; this kind of thing is what gets me excited! Honestly, it is the best, best bit of my job; finding local suppliers who produce amazing food and I get to support our local farmers directly.
Nothing beats native meat! We served 45 kilos of sirloins and the lads that grew it very kindly came and carved it to the plates. They even got a round of applause.
We were thrilled to offer this exquisite cut of meat, sourced from local suppliers Sewingshields Farm and Heritage Meats. Their native Galloway cows are grazed on Hadrians Wall, resulting in a relaxed grain and outstanding flavour that will make any meal a delight.
